Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are therefore delighted with the results of our customer satisfaction survey, which was conducted at the end of 2025. A total of 96% of participants are either satisfied or very satisfied, with nearly half of them being very satisfied.
The personal and easily accessible nature of our customer service, the competent support we provide in product selection, our large and well-organised product range, and the structured nature of our online shop, which enables quick and easy ordering, were particularly appreciated. Our competitive price/performance ratio and volume discounts are also frequently mentioned in a positive light.
At the same time, we take constructive feedback very seriously. We use comments relating to delivery dates, search functionality and product information to continuously improve our service and online shop.
