Altmann Analytik GmbH & Co. KG, Munich, acquires Dinkelberg analytics GmbH, Gablingen.
Chromatography specialist Altmann Analytik will broaden its product offering by integrating Dinkelberg, which is a company in the field of general lab supplies. Dinkelberg analytics has a strong foothold in southern Germany. It was found in 1922 and is reknown for the development and production of water baths, vacuum package testers and other lab equipements used in food laboratories.
Altmann Analytik will employ all Dinkelberg employees and acquires all assets of the company. “We are proud to enrich our team with experienced and motivated colleagues with complementary knowledge. Thereby we can offer our customers an even broader range of products. Dinkelberg will benefit from our online know-how while we can offer our customers a one-stop-shopping solution”, explains managing director Tobias Thelen.
At www.dinkelberg.de the customers will still find equipment and consumables for general laboratory uses. It is expected to develop a common “go-to-market” by mid 2014.
